When you connect a social media account to Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC, you authorize us to act on your behalf to draft and publish content based on your user-defined settings and authorization. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the connected platform's settings. We are not responsible for actions taken on connected accounts that were not authorized through Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC. Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC only performs actions that are explicitly authorized by the user through platform-supported permissions.
Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC integrates with TikTok through TikTok’s official APIs. By connecting your TikTok account to Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC, you authorize Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC to perform actions on your behalf within the permissions granted by TikTok.
You may revoke Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC’s access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok account settings.

Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC and its underlying technology and systems are the intellectual property of KIG Holdings, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without written permission.
Content you create, upload, or publish through Prism remains your property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
